To further enhance the capability of the team in Munich.</p><div><br></div><p></p><p>Join us as a<br></p><p><strong>Optoelectronic High-Speed Design Engineer (m/f/d)</strong></p><p> </p><p><strong><strong>Your mission</strong></strong></p><ul><ul><li>Gain insights into the latest technologies in the optoelectronics industry, including the optoelectronic high-speed interconnection architecture (including design and processing), high-bandwidth optical modulator and receiver, and optical module development trend analysis</li><li>Investigate advanced optical and electrical resources in the industry, including key optical/electrical components, connectors, and low loss substrate materials for 448 Gbit/s IMDD and 450 GBaud coherent systems</li><li>Be responsible for industry competition analysis, technology planning, and cooperation with industry and university resources</li><li>Cooperate with the HQ about how to build the core capability of optical technologies based on the current technical bottlenecks and technical solutions and provide guidance for implementation</li><li>Participate in industry standards organizations and academic workshops and lead the planning of technology research roadmaps</li></ul></ul><p><strong><strong><br></strong></strong></p><p><strong><strong>Your areas of expertise</strong></strong><strong><strong></strong></strong><br></p><ul><li>More than 5 years’ experience of electro-optical system design or application, MS in Electrical Engineering or Communication or equivalent is highly desired, work experience can be relaxed for PhD</li><li>Proficiency in optical fiber communication, high-speed optical module, and high-speed optical device hardware architecture and principles deep understanding of new type optical modulator device</li><li>Knowledge of high-speed simulation, RF interconnect design and measurement</li><li>Knowledge of optical communication networking and key equipment; understand the developing trends of optical module</li><li>Deep understanding physical layer of optical communication protocol of MSA optical module such as OIF/IEEE standard</li><li>Fluent in written and spoken English, German as a distinct advantage</li></ul><p> </p><p>By applying to this position, you agree with our Recruitment Privacy Statement.
