Program Manager

• Collaborate closely with fellow portfolio owners and key stakeholders to align program objectives with overarching business strategies.
• Promote synergy and open communication across diverse teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects.

• Take the lead in a customer-facing role, serving as the primary point of contact for clients and partners to understand their needs, expectations, and feedback.
• Cultivate and maintain robust client relationships, ensuring their satisfaction and continued engagement.

• Stay well-informed about industry trends and the dynamic landscape of technological advancements, particularly in how they impact our ecosystem.
• Proactively identify opportunities to harness emerging technologies for the organization's benefit.

• While not a strict requirement, candidates with prior experience in supply chain, merchandising, and manufacturing will be highly valued.
• Apply this knowledge to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of program initiatives.

• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business, Technology, etc.). A master's degree is a plus.
• Demonstrated expertise in program management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on schedule and within budget.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with a diverse range of stakeholders, including clients and team members.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities to identify and address challenges within the program.
• Familiarity with the impact of technology modernization on business ecosystems.
• Experience in supply chain, merchandising, or manufacturing is highly advantageous.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, PgMP, or similar qualifications are a plus.
