HTH seeks a Assets Program Assistant to lead students in a variety of after-school activities.
JOB SUMMARY
You will be responsible for monitoring and supervising our homework lounge for our after school program. You will set and enforce clear guidelines for students in the lounge and throughout the school, ensuring that all students are supervised after school and encouraging students to participate in our after school programs. The job requires that you effectively develop constructive relationships with students, staff, and families.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
● Supervise after school programs
● Supervise homework lounge
● Accurately recording attendance
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
● High school diploma and at least 60 units of undergraduate coursework
● Reliable and prompt
● Strong work ethic, team player
● Clear in delivering instructions
● Able to respond to feedback
● Strong interpersonal communication skills
● Experience working with students
