Position would require the candidate to be a W2 employee of Donatech.Must be willing, able, and available to work different schedules. There will be occasional overtime and weekend work.
Supports client Thousand Oaks Dispensing Team by performing tasks associated with picking, dispensing, and issuing of materials required to produce a biopharmaceutical product. The position requires strict adherence to current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP's), operating Powered Industrial Vehicles (PIVs), safe weighing of chemicals, use of validated computer systems, ability to accurately complete documentation, make calculations and perform physical tasks associated with large scale pharmaceutical manufacturing. Responsibilities include: Reconciliation, receipt and labeling GMP materials Picking materials from SAP inventory as required by Planning Material issuance and take-outs utilizing MES Client-X system Working in a gowned, Grade 8/9 environment Material handling/dispensing and associated cleaning Staging materials for transport and delivery Conducting inventory counts and completing inventory discrepancy forms Completing all transactions in a timely and accurate manner. Consistently follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) and departmental policies. Daily workload is accomplished through group effort, so the successful candidate will have a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively. Identifying and reporting operational issues and process improvement opportunities. Adherence to safe working practices Support other Warehouse functions with receipt, storage, dispensing, transfer, reconciliation, or shipment of materials per procedures and regulations.
Basic Qualifications
Experience working in Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical or Chemical Industries Must be able to lift 35lbs and push/pull heavy loads using material handling equipment Must be willing to operate Powered Industrial Vehicles (PIV) Solid math skills Understanding of GMPs and SOPs MS Office familiarity Physically capable and comfortable working in cold environments, and comfortable working at heights up to 25 feet.
Preferred Qualifications
Polished GMP professional with Warehousing, Dispensing, Manufacturing or Quality experience Experience operating Powered Industrial Vehicles SAP/MES experience and knowledge Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint Experience working with cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively Strong communication skills Familiar with scales & weighing Familiarity with chemical handling & PPE. •
