Rotating Equipment Engineer (Saudi Arabia)

We are a Talent Acquisition Consultancy focusing on the Oil & Energy industry, is currently seeking a highly experienced Senior Rotating Engineer to join their team. As part of our global reach and network, the Senior Rotating Engineer will play a key role in providing outstanding recruitment solutions, identifying high potential professionals with sophisticated skills from different industries such as Oil & Gas, Petroleum, Infrastructure, Energy, Water, Transportation, Science & Technology and Health Care. The ideal candidate will have an extensive background in the Oil & Energy industry and will play a key role in driving the success of Eram Talent.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain rotating equipment, including pumps, compressors, turbines, and engines
• Develop and oversee maintenance programs and procedures to ensure optimal equipment performance
• Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of equipment to identify and address issues before they become major problems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute equipment improvement projects
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior engineers and technicians
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and vendors

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
• BS in Mechanical Engineering + 10 years of experience + 5 years as Mechanical Rotating Engineer
• At least 5+ years of experience in rotating equipment engineering in the Oil & Energy industry
• Strong technical knowledge of rotating equipment design, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting
• Demonstrated experience leading successful equipment improvement projects
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
