As Finance Transformation Analyst your mission will be to help the company to define its KPIs and the best way to keep them on track! You will also be responsible for:
- Support the decision-making using data;
- Work closely with business areas and stakeholders;
- Be an influencer of a data-driven culture;
- Create and validate the hypothesis;
- Perform exploratory analysis to find answers;
- Adapt fast when priorities or situations change;
- Maintain all dashboards and ad-hoc business queries;
- Communicate all the findings in data in order to improve the Finance area;
- Share the data with the Finance team and others areas for immediate action in non-standard cases.
Main requirements for this position:
- Knowledge in Databases for executing SQL queries;
- Ability to abstract business questions and turn them into technical specs;
- Communication (it would be great English advanced);
- Team player mindset, but also have autonomy;
- Attentive to details.

- Knowledge about our business model;
- Familiarity with low code tools as Alteryx, Microsoft Power Platform, etc;
- Familiarity with statistical and/or AI models;
- Track record using analytical skills and problem solving skills to influence teams;
- Effective time management skills to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Self-taught profile, with a positive and curious attitude, attentive to details, excellent sense of organization.
