The Inside Sales & Pricing Supervisor will be responsible for developing and executing dynamic pricing strategies across international money transfer markets. This role focuses on optimizing competitive positioning, enhancing profitability, and driving growth through effective collaboration between internal teams and external partners.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in pricing, inside sales, or financial strategy roles, preferably within the financial services or remittance sectors.
- Analytical Skills: Strong financial modeling and data analysis capabilities, with experience in designing and managing pricing strategies in competitive markets.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments and with external stakeholders.
- Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with pricing software, CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), and data analysis tools.
- Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, where pricing strategies must be regularly adjusted to reflect market conditions and emerging trends.
