About the role:

As an IT Support Specialist/System Admin Support (m/f/x) at Speexx, you will be the primary point of contact for our employees, assisting with all IT and telecommunications-related inquiries.

What You Will Do

• Serve as the on-site contact for our employees in the Munich office.
• Responsible for receiving, documenting, resolving, or forwarding IT support requests.
• Troubleshoot issues with workstations, phones, printers, and Office 365.
• Contribute to the on-site IT infrastructure department.

What We Are Looking For

• You are currently enrolled as a student and will remain so for the next 12-months in a field related to Computer Science or similar discipline.
• You have already gained initial experience as a working student or intern in IT support within an international company.
• You enjoy working with computer hardware and software.
• Experience/Interest in a 1st Level Support role
• Experience with Office 365 and Windows.
• Basic experience in administering Linux servers is a plus.
• Self-responsibility, communication skills, and a team player attitude.
• Fluent English language skills; German would be an additional plus.
• You live in Munich and are willing to come to the office 3 days a week.
