About The Role
Golin is looking for a dynamic AssociateTalent Acquisition to identify and attract top talent across our healthcare and consumer practices. You will play an integral part in growing our agency by identifying diverse top talent. This role will include hiring for account management, media relations, digital, creative, and analytics requisitions. A passion for diversity and creativity in recruitment, relationship building, and marketing our employer brand is essential for success in this role.

What You'll Do

  • Assist in managing full life-cycle recruitment
  • Work closely with our Talent Acquisition Leads to clearly understand requirements of open roles and create an effective recruitment strategy for each role
  • Proactively identify and assess talent using a variety of creative sourcing methodologies
  • Use our Greenhouse ATS and other tools to manage prospects and build robust candidate pipelines
  • Build and maintain a sourcing pipeline and candidate pool via LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, research, etc.
  • Ensure compliance with EEO/AA requirements and assist with the development and implementation of diversity initiatives
  • Maintain accurate and thorough documentation within the company’s ATS
  • Champion Golin’s employer brand and lead recruitment efforts at industry and university career fairs, building relationships with university students and staff while keeping diversity top of mind
  • Assist in the development of position descriptions and utilize social media channels to attract top talent
  • Generate interest and actively pursue top talent for Golin by sharing the Golin story, developing an industry presence in the marketplace and proactively meeting talent and building long-term relationships
  • Ensure thorough feedback is provided through completed candidate assessments and candidate follow-up

What You’ll Have

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 1+ years of recruiting experience in an agency or corporate setting
  • Demonstrated success in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing and qualifying talent, networking, and relationship building
  • Experience sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter and converting passive candidates to interested candidates
  • Proven experience to track and maintain pipeline for hard to fill roles
  • Ability to creatively connect and effectively communicate with candidates at all levels
  • A track record of personal accountability, strong work ethic, integrity, and proven organizational skills with attention to detail

Salary range: $40,000 - $55,000

Golin has included the base salary range or hourly rate for this role. Actual compensation offered within the range will depend upon, among other factors: a candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience; actual ranges for current or former employees in the role; and market considerations.
