Associate/Senior Associate || Inside Sales

Job Description:-

Key Requirements:

● 6months -3 years of Inside Sales / Tele Sales or Customer support ( Outbound ) experience. 

● Education Qualification - Clinical/Medical Background(Advantage) OR Any Graduation 

● Good communication skills and proficiency in English and Hindi.

● Good interpersonal skills.

● Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales. 

● Team player.

● Excellent selling and negotiation skills

● Relationship management skills and openness to feedback

● Knowledge of MS office.

 

Key Responsibilities:

● Counseling around 100 customers over the phone every day who have downloaded MediBuddy.

● Following up with them and converting them into leads.

● Influencing consumer choice and preference of service by following a prepared script to give relevant specialty

information.

● Maintaining procedures, processes, and quality on all the calls.

● Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction. 

● Achieve sales targets.

● Achieve talk time target.
