Answer Engineering is a team of exceptional engineers that provide design and analysis services to aerospace companies around the world. We tackle the most complex engineering problems and work on vehicles subjected to the harshest environments. We create lasting relationships with our customers and work on programs ranging from supersonic commercial vehicles, cargo and passenger eVTOLs, commercial space travel, and launch vehicle adapters taking satellites into orbit. We conceptualize leading edge vehicles with our customers, develop final designs for production, and have supported dozens of first flights.

To meet the demands and challenges of our customers, we promote a collaborative and flexible work environment. We value teamwork and embrace everyone's strengths and weaknesses. Discussions take place in the open where everyone can contribute freely. Company events are frequent; spontaneous cookouts, happy hours, and annual ski trips are some of our favorites.
