ServiceNow Developer Location: Houston, TXRate: $48/hr. c2c Job Description:Case management workflows exp.Exp with with Customer Service Modules. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology
Understanding of the important separation between different coding environments (DEV, QA/STAGE, PRODUCTION).
Coding experience with JavaScript and XML inside of ServiceNow. CSS, HTML,Bootstrap, jQuery, or Angular experience is a plus.
At least 2 year’s experience on a currently supported version of ServiceNow (Paris orlater)
Familiar with and experience using common ServiceNow scripting files (e.g. Script Includes, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Scheduled Jobs Security Rules/ACLs)
Experience creating and updating custom Record Producers through all steps of the process. This includes Variables, UI policies, Client Scripting, Record Producer Script, and all table elements (fields, business rules, ACLs, form/list layout, UI policies, and UI actions)
Demonstrates knowledge of common ServiceNow configuration elements, such as the table elements listed above, user and group management, and instance configuration.
Experience with common ServiceNow applications, especially Customer Service Management, and Case Management.
Ability to work with other development resources efficiently, whether that means tackling assigned stories as an individual or collaboratively.
Reliable use of standard practices to provide well commented, efficient, and reliable code or processes.
Has worked on external data flowing into the system (through data sources, REST/SOAP APIs, MidServers, and/or Email)
Nice to have: Past experience with common ServiceNow applications; examples include things like
Incident, Problem, Change, CMBD.
ServiceNow certifications, particularly those of administrative or implementation focus
Previous coding experience outside of ServiceNow
Experience with front-end design
