Why we need you
E-Commerce sales team develop, drive and grow Ninja Van's presence in Thailand, making Ninja Van one of the top service providers in Thailand. We believe this is achievable as a team through well-coordinated efforts, strong product knowledge, transparent and best-in-class client experience and a suite of supportive services and tools.

What you will do

  • Acquire, onboard and successful conversion of prospects
  • Prepare and customize sales materials to help with new client acquisition
  • Manage and monitor day-to-day relationships and communications with key clients
  • Focuses on growing and developing existing clients for up-sell or cross-sell efforts
  • 8 visit appointments/week
  • 60 calls/week
  • Update sales productivities in sales force system
  • Achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
  • Responsible for executing and supporting sales strategies as set by the management team
  • Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, marketing techniques, etc.

What you will need

  • Possess at least 2 years of B2C sales experience and prior experience with a start-up, category, e-commerce or offline merchants is mandatory
  •  At least a bachelor degree in any field from reputable university
  • Strong communicator and interpersonal skills, proficiency in spoken English (i.e. TOEIC >700) will be a huge plus
  • Self-starter with good initiative, and persistence to see us through this challenge
  • Comfortable with direct sales, making cold calls and emails to develop leads, set meetings with potential prospects and onboarding
  • Good command of English
