JOB PURPOSE
As part of the sales operations team in EMEA, you will be responsible for achieving lead generation by using a range of inbound and outbound sales tactics. You will play a critical role in the sourcing of new business leads. You will do this by creative thoughtful outreach, growing relationships with prospects on an ongoing and consistent basis, and nurturing them into tangible opportunities in line with agreed targets.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the qualification of marketing qualified leads (MQLs) against specified criteria and coordinate outreach with key executives at DEPT® to ensure the best results.
- Build and manage outreach campaigns in Linkedin and Apollo/Outreach.io to agreed target lists, constantly monitoring engagement and adjusting accordingly.
- Responsible for the administration and clean-up of our CRM system (Salesforce). By checking and creating dashboards you’re making sure the data of our internal information database is up to date at all times.
- Responsible for admin and upkeep of data in Salesforce for marketing qualified leads including holding other team members accountable for data cleanliness.
- Support conference and event hustles by building target lists, drafting outreach copy, and coordinating meetings.
- You will contribute to the creation of campaign themes and outreach ideas with the marketing team & the growth marketing team, and execute engagement strategies to help nurture prospects into tangible opportunities that will be handed to the sales team (incl ABM).
- Attend relevant industry events, support with lead/coffee date preparation & organisation, and represent DEPT®.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- An internationally oriented individual and master the German and English language in speaking and writing;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal and organizational skills;
- Commercially driven person with good time management skills and the ability to stay flexible in a fast-paced environment;
- Someone who is well-organized and able to effectively communicate the status and developments of your work;
- Proactivity and result-orientation and always applying a confident, can-do attitude;
- Great listener and able to identify both a client's needs and those of your colleagues;
- A person who can demonstrate being a trusted first point of contact for new business leads to conduct a thorough qualification process, providing a detailed handover to the sales team;
- Interest in getting to know a full range of communication techniques, including goal-oriented calling, emailing, LinkedIn, etc. to build engagement and achieve results;
- Although full training will be given, experience with CRMs like Salesforce (or similar sales database), LinkedIn Salesnavigator and outbound tools like Apollo / Outreach.io would be beneficial;
- Eagerness to learn and always being open to new developments.
