Togetherwork Operations is looking for a Zendesk System Specialist to join us. We're looking for an employee who would handle the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of Zendesk. You need written and verbal communication skills and a results-oriented outlook. Resourcefulness is a necessary skill in this role. You should be able to diagnose and resolve problems quickly. You should also have the patience to communicate with a variety of interdisciplinary teams and users. This is a full-time job at 40 hours per week.

This role would be a good fit for someone who has used Zendesk as a Customer Support Representative and is looking to move into a more technical role. Salary Range Disclosure
The base range represents the low and high end of the Togetherwork salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on factors including, but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Togetherwork’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include discretionary bonuses, long term incentives, a flexible paid vacation/personal time policy, 6 weeks paid parental leave and more.
Salary Range
US Remote: $40,000- $45,000 USD per year plus bonus
