Requirements

Analysis of business requirements and definition of functional requirements for projects;
Preparation of terms of reference and specifications for projects;
Ensuring timely completion of tasks;
Project/Product management, understanding of Agile methodologies;
Evaluation of the effectiveness of current business processes and development of recommendations for their optimization.

Responsibilities

Analysis of business processes and requirements: ability to analyze complex business processes, identify business needs and requirements, as well as formulate and evaluate functional requirements;
Project management: project management experience and knowledge of management methodologies projects such as Agile and Waterfall;
Technical understanding: understanding the main aspects of software development, databases, information technologies and their application in a business environment;
Good knowledge of UML notations and tools for preparing UML diagrams;
Good knowledge of BPMN;
Technical documentation preparation skills: knowledge and experience of working with UML notations and, UML diagram construction tools, experience in REST API development;
Data skills: experience working with databases and SQL skills, knowledge of data tools such as Excel and BI systems;
Business Analytics: Experience working with various types of business analysis, such as SWOT analysis, competitor analysis, market analysis and others;
Change management: ability to manage changes in business processes and projects, and also the ability to provide training and user support;
English at the level of upper-Intermediate (B2) and above.
