What You’ll Be Doing

Animated Content Creation: Deliver high-quality 2D and 3D animated content for various platforms including in app animations, social media, campaigns, events, and advertising.
Creative Interpretation: Follow creative direction to produce compelling and on-brand animations for daily, weekly, and seasonal projects.
Innovative Design: Develop creative ways to showcase OKX products and brand through video, challenging and innovating within world-class animation content.
Content Production: Create and deliver 2D/3D motion graphics, social media content, educational videos, digital ads, and campaign assets in collaboration with designers, freelancers, and art directors.
Strategic Development: Work closely with the Design Director to align animated content with business goals and budget, supporting acquisition and retention teams.
Continuous Improvement: Review and optimize animations, staying updated on trends in motion graphics and crypto/blockchain news.
Creative Operations: Define and improve production processes, ensuring efficiency and integration. Collaborate with various teams for a consistent omni-channel approach.
Team Management: Foster a positive, supportive, and innovative culture within the Brand Design team, mentoring and developing team members.

What We Look For In You

Animation Expertise: Proven skills in 2D/3D animation, motion graphics, design, and typography with 8+ years of experience in a creative team for a global business or agency.
Creative Problem Solver: Strong creative eye for animation, ability to deliver high-quality content in a fast-paced environment, and experience with best practice motion graphics creation processes.
Technical Proficiency: Expert knowledge of Cinema 4D, Adobe Creative Suite, After Effects, Adobe Animate, Premiere Pro, and Final Cut Pro.
Brand-Focused: Passion for branding and design, ensuring customer-centric animation development.
Team Player: Excellent interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence, and experience managing third-party agencies and freelancers.
Additional Skills: Numeracy, experience with task management tools (Microsoft Word, Excel, Trello, Google Docs), and desirable skills in video editing, graphic design, social media, marketing, and copywriting.
