Our Opportunity:
The Chewy HR team is looking for a HR Program Manager to join our HR Business Partner Team, which serves as the strategic HR partner to some of the fastest growing and most dynamic teams in e-commerce today. This role supports the intake, prioritization, and communication of work across the Corporate HRBP Organization and is responsible for helping to develop and operationalize the deliverables and strategy owned by the Head of the Corporate HRBP Team. Additionally you’ll be working on both strategic and tactical work across various talent projects and initiatives, serving as a listening mechanism for Team Members, synthesizing and analyzing qualitative and quantitative data, and performing localized HR processes. The ideal candidate has versatile abilities which can be flexed in a variety of areas across HR, is a self-starter, understands what customer service really means from an HR perspective, and can balance a fast-paced and sometimes full workload. You must have a passion for solving complex problems, be able to communicate effectively with cross-functional partners and a track record of delivering results.
