Finance Manager - Manufacturing

• Develop and direct the preparation of reports to compare actual results to plan.
• Direct the collection and presentation of cost data, analyses and reports for government and other programs pertaining to costs and production activities.
  • These include variable and standard costs, variances and inventory valuation to provide comprehensive information for management decisions.
• Ensure the reconciliation and analysis of related balance sheet accounts, inventory accounts, ledgers, and journals.
• Direct the development and implementation of new and revised costs reporting and analysis systems, policies and procedures.
• Full personnel management, budget and resource management responsibility for assigned team.

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Requires at least 8 years related experience.
• CPA or equivalent preferred.
• Requires broad knowledge of cost control systems and related cost accounting functions and includes the preparation of strategic recommendations to management.
• Must have advanced knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Practices and analytical methodologies.
• Ability to lead and manage a team.
