What We're Looking For: We are searching for a strong Business Analyst who is highly motivated, process orientated, methodical thinker with a keen eye for detail. This individual will be skilled at interviewing stakeholders, facilitating requirements gathering sessions, and documenting the results to develop clear, accurate process maps, user journeys, personas, etc.
Responsibilities:
· Review existing documentation to understand basic standards required for the new product
· Identify stakeholders who will be impacted by the new product
· Interview stakeholders or their proxies to determine their requirements
· Generate personas, process flows, user journeys and story maps
· Capture high level requirements in a BRD-style document
· Generate Lean Business Case documentation, and Epics / Features / User Stories in ADO
Requirements:
· Experience with Agile or SAFe Agile development framework and processes
· Ability to clearly define and articulate processes and requirements
· Strong analytical skills and enthusiasm for digging into the details to define use cases, capabilities, and impacts and coordinate delivery through an Agile way of working
· Ability to juggle multiple priorities
· At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst
· Ability to understand technical product challenges and contribute to defining and communicating solutions
· A professional, highly dedicated, detail-oriented, and energetic personality, with the ability to work and thrive in a team environment
· Strong problem-solving skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Knowledge of Visio, Miro, and ADO a plus
