Job Title: Web Developer (7868474)
Location: Schaumburg, IL or Knightdale, NC

As a web content editor, part of the Digital Customer Experience team, you will be part of the team responsible for the maintenance and growth of our web properties. i.e. public web, and work closely with offer data.
• Work closely with Marketing teams to ensure freshness of content
• Maintain content using corporate CMS (SDL Tridion) and product offer management systems (OPS). Training on these platforms will be provided
• Provide technical and user experience guidance to internal content owners
• Execute web projects to meet growth targets
• Implement global web initiatives on North American websites to ensure alignment with both the company's strategy
• Support local SEO and SEM initiatives, incorporating strategic placement of keywords and keyword phrases
• Basic knowledge of website analytics applications
Qualifications
Skills and experiences
• Degree/Diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology, Marketing, or a complementary area
• 2+ years' related experience
• Knowledgeable in front-end web design
• Writing and editing competency, with an understanding of the special requirements of writing for the Web
• Basic knowledge of project management
• Responsive and energetic communication skills to interact with colleagues, cross-functional teams and third parties
• A resourceful problem solver who comes to work with a positive attitude
Preferred experience
• Experience using corporate CMS (SDL Tridion) is highly preferred, but not required
