We’re Seeking:

An experienced Sales Maverick with a flair for developing relationships in the digital banking arena. If you excel in selling enterprise software and thrive in a dynamic start-up environment, this role is your calling. You'll be the catalyst for connecting Community Financial Institutions with top-tier digital banking solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Spearhead client acquisition in the digital banking sector, focusing on credit unions and community banks.
  • Strategically drive and close sales to meet targets and broaden our customer reach.
  • Articulate our product's value through engaging proposals and compelling presentations.
  • Skillfully negotiate and seal deals, optimizing profit.
  • Forge and nurture enduring client relationships.
  • Collaboratively work with customers to tailor solutions to their business needs.
  • Consistently provide insightful sales forecasts and reports.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends to drive innovation and recommend new product directions.
  • Actively engage in industry events and networking to elevate our presence.
  • Be the go-to contact for client executives, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Embrace travel opportunities, exceeding 50%, to connect with clients and markets.

Skills:

  • Exceptional communication skills for high-level interactions.
  • Expertise in consultative, solution-focused sales.
  • Proficient in complex sales dynamics, with strong listening, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Required to adhere to organizational policies, procedures, standards, and controls as well as comply with all federal and state laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

  • A track record of success as a Sales Executive in the financial services or tech software industry, ideally in digital banking or fintech.
  • Proven prowess in managing sales from initiation to closure.
  • A robust network within the banking/financial services sector.
  • Adept in using CRM systems, Salesforce.com expertise is a plus.
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent, complemented by a history of autonomous, impactful sales work.
