PI Case Manager
Pikesville, MD

MUST:
3+ years experience as a legal assistant/case manager/paralegal
2+ years with personal injury case management or paralegal or similar
Experience working in a professional office setting with exceptional data entry and typing skills
Possesses is a great attitude and willingness to help wherever you are needed
Experience delivering exceptional costumer service
Experience remaining calm and collected with all callers regardless of their demeanor
Bilingual Russian and/or Spanish and English language proficiency
Microsoft Office proficiency
Adhering to strict confidentiality

DUTIES:
Communicate with clients to gather initial intake information and follow up with clients about their medical treatment
Build relationships with clients by reaching out via phone calls, emails, or text to increase the likelihood of the client using our services again and referring their friends and family to our firm
Read and organize medical records and bills in chronological order
Assist clients with their property damage claims
Manage pre-litigation files
Perform administrative tasks
Maintain client confidentiality
