Kitchen Assistant:

Location: Vera James House, Ely

Salary: £11.45 per hour + a wide range of benefits (see below)

12 hours per week (Weekends required)

As a Kitchen Assistant, you will be assisting our Chef in carrying out all delegated tasks in all areas of the kitchen's responsibility and maintaining a very high standard of hygiene and dress.

Main Duties And Responsibilities as a Kitchen Assistant:

• Overseeing the kitchen rota and ensuring staffing levels is met
• Overseeing the ordering of Apptio food and other required deliveries
• Working every other weekend
• Ensuring stock check is completed
• Meeting with residents and relatives regularly
• Ensuring kitchen checks and audits are completed
• Overseeing the deep cleans of the kitchen
