Our One Marketplace team is hiring a supervisor to manage paid search strategies for key national clients.  Our ideal candidate loves the fun fast-paced nature of the business yet is comfortable working in a casual environment.  This is a great match for those who love mentoring team members and take pride in the team success.

We LOVE your entrepreneurial attitude and welcome your participation in helping us build the agency with new platforms, tools, ideas, and opportunities.  Here’s a snapshot of the day-to-day:

STRATEGY, EXECUTION & OPTIMIZATION  

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in the strategy, execution & optimization of digital media campaigns with a focus in SEM
  • Experience working in Google Ads, Bing ads, Search Ads 360 (SA360) platforms and running a variety of media tactics within those platforms such as SEM, GDN, Retargeting, RLSA, Video and Shopping 
  • Analytical skills, both the ability to interpret overall social performance and paid campaign performance (within and beyond KPIs of social platforms)
  • Leadership: including leading day-to-day client operations, management of assistants, and POVs. You know how to train and supervise assistants and interns ensuring best-in-class strategy and execution. You know how to communicate with clients verbally, in written form and have strong presentation skills.
  • Entrepreneurial attitude: You’re excited at the idea of building the agency with new tools, ideas and opportunities.
  • Cross-channel integration: A passion for integrated strategy and execution, with a specific interest in learning ecomm & (and paid social strategies.
  • Additional experience with 3rd party digital ad tech such as adservers, site side analytics, DMPs, PMDs and/or multi-touch attribution is a plus.
  • Mindset of never settling, never being satisfied with status quo. Always pushing to be better  
  • Balancing and meeting deadlines and challenges with your strong organizational skills

LEADERSHIP, MANAGING, MENTORING

  • A empathetic leader who manages by example. You enjoy training and managing others and take pride in the team success
  • Desire to build strong and productive relationships with clients, partners, and colleagues
  • Bringing a positive and optimistic outlook that contributes to our strong company culture and growing business goals
  • Skilled in leading day-to-day client operations and the management of internal teams and POV development. 

REQUIREMENTS 

  • 4+ years’ of working with paid search media strategy.
  • 2+ years’ advertising agency or digital media agency experience.
  • 1-2 years of experience working in ecommerce (Amazon, Roundel, Walmart Connect, Criteo, Instacart, Kroger, etc.…)
  • Experience working on enterprise brands that are geared towards driving efficient sales, leads, etc...
  • ‘Hands On Keyboard’ experience in working in 3rd party bid management tools (SA360, Kenshoo, Marin, etc.).
  • Strong organization skills that set you up for success in balancing tight deadlines and challenges
  • Willingness to problem solve and find creative solutions to problems - no matter how small

Salary range 75-95k. Commensurate with experience.  Compensation is determined on the skills, qualifications, certifications, tenure in the industry and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position.
