Title: Assistant Program Director
Job Duties: The Assistant Program Director assists in directing and coordinating assigned aspects of case management and programming. The assistant program director/shift supervisor ensures compliance with the overall program's established policies and procedures and timely completion of respective reporting requirements. The Assistant Program Director also helps supervise program staff by providing therapeutic guidance. In addition, he or she assists the program director in coordinating and implementing the core program.
