Location: Remote (Evening and weekend availability required)

About This Role:

The Training Coordinator is responsible for supporting the scheduling, communication, and

administrative needs of the training program. This role ensures that trainees receive a

seamless experience through effective scheduling, document verification, and direct

communication. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and committed to

supporting the growth and success of trainees.

Key Responsibilities:

Scheduling & Coordination

● Coordinate scheduling for various training activities.

● Maintain and update relevant training records and calendars.

Document Verification & Compliance

● Verify and ensure the completion of required trainee documents.

● Support compliance with state-specific training requirements.

Trainee Support & Communication

● Act as the first point of contact for trainee inquiries and support.

● Provide documented responses to trainee inquiries as part of service scope.

● Facilitate onboarding and orientation for new trainees.

● Validate trainee progress and ensure completion of training requirements.

● Follow up with trainees and conduct regular touch bases to provide support and track

progress.

Operational & Training Support

● Assist in various administrative tasks to support training operations.

● Report on trainee completion status and progress metrics.

● Identify opportunities for process improvements within training programs.

● Support the execution of training initiatives and development efforts.

Qualifications and Key Attributes for Success:

● 2+ years of experience in training coordination, administrative support, or related

fields.

● Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize efficiently.

● Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to support team

members via Slack, phone calls, and email.

● Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating with the

team.

● Proficiency in Google Suite: Slides, Sheets, Docs- for scheduling and tracking training

progress.

● Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume remote environment is a plus.

● This role involves trainee support, which requires availability during evenings and

weekends based on seasonal needs.
