About the team
The QA team at Tide is dedicated to ensuring the highest standards of accuracy and compliance within our KYC processes across Tide. Our mission is to safeguard the integrity of our financial services by meticulously verifying customer information and adhering to regulatory requirements.

By fostering a culture of collaboration, transparency, and ethical responsibility, the QA team plays a crucial role in maintaining Tide's reputation as a trustworthy and customer-centric financial platform.
About the role
- Monthly QA review of mKYC (Manual On-boarding) & reKYC (Periodic Reviews) tickets.
- Proposes improvement of existing processes.
- Ensures the accurate and quality fulfilment of the duties of the KYC analyst in the KYC Department. (regular QA scoring)
- Ensures compliance with all procedures described in Confluence containing internal procedures, rules and articles with instructions for customer service of counterparties. (Confluence updates suggestions)
- Assists in the preparation of new procedures and the improvement of existing ones, by making proposals towards procedure enhancement to improve the organisation and quality of performance of staff duties;
- Controls the implementation of new procedures. (QA scoring)
- Provides feedback to management in the KYC Department in the event of poor performance of duties and/or noncompliance with procedures to ensure compliance with the established standards of quality and productivity in processing customer data of employers' counterparties. (Monthly QA Feedback)
- Proposes improvements to the employer's internal systems and platforms that would facilitate the work of all support analysts, as well as other suggestions for optimising the work of the department. (Confluence updates suggestions)
- Compiles statistics on the speed and quality of work of employees in the KYC Department. (Monthly QA Feedback)
- Informs his/her line manager in a timely manner about problems in the department and in case it is impossible to complete a task. (Monthly QA Feedback)
- Immediately informs his/her line manager of any violation performed or identified by him/her, related to personal data of clients and/or potential clients of the employer or its counterparties. Keeps confidential the information made known to him/her in connection with the performance of his/her duties.
- Performs other duties assigned to him/her by the management of the company or his/her line manager. (Member Feedback)
What we are looking for
- KYC Expertise: In-depth knowledge of KYC processes, AML (Anti-Money Laundering) regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Quality Assurance Methodologies and Risk Assessment.
- Skills: Analytical skills, attention to detail, ethical and trustworthy, proactive, resilient, team player.
- Clear and concise communication skills for reporting findings and collaborating with stakeholders in English and German language
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and provide constructive feedback
- Proficiency with tools and software for creating detailed reports and dashboards (e.g., Excel, BI tools) and KYC CRMs.
Objectives:
- Short-Term Objectives: Quickly gain a thorough understanding of Tide's KYC processes and current compliance landscape.
- Establish QA best practices and implement effective audit procedures for KYC processes.
- Identify and report on key areas of risk and non-compliance, and suggest actionable improvements.
