Purpose Statement

Sa.global is looking for a driven and ambitious Partner Sales Executive to join our dynamic Sales team in North America!

The Partner Sales Executive will be responsible for building, maintaining, and growing ReQlogic’s partner sales efforts within the Microsoft Dynamics channel. This role focuses on driving revenue through strategic partner relationships and ensuring ReQlogic’s solutions are effectively represented and sold in the Dynamics ecosystem.

Position Overview

This role will report directly to the Chief Revenue Officer, Americas with a line of accountability to the ReQlogic Vice President and will have no direct reports. Whilst the position has no direct reports, the person who takes up this role will be expected to support and mentor the wider sales team.

Applicants must be based within North America. This role is mostly remote with travel as expected.


Main Responsibilities

  • Partner Acquisition and Development:
    • Identify and onboard new strategic partners within the Microsoft Dynamics channel.
    • Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing partners to drive loyalty and collaboration.
    • Develop and execute joint business plans with partners to achieve revenue goals.
  • Sales Enablement:
    • Provide training, resources, and support to partners to ensure they can effectively position and sell ReQlogic’s solutions.
    • Develop and deliver compelling presentations, demonstrations, and collateral tailored for partners.
    • Collaborate with marketing to create co-branded campaigns and partner-focused sales materials.
  • Market Strategy:
    • Analyze market trends and Dynamics channel dynamics to identify opportunities for growth.
    • Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams on partner and customer needs.
    • Represent ReQlogic at industry events, trade shows, and partner conferences.
  • Performance Management:
    • Monitor partner performance against sales goals and implement corrective actions as needed.
    • Regularly report on partner pipeline, forecast, and revenue metrics to leadership.

Skills And Experience:

  • Proven experience in partner/channel sales within the Microsoft Dynamics ecosystem or related SaaS/ERP industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Dynamics GP, Business Central, and the ISV partner landscape.
  • Exceptional relationship management, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to engage with partners and attend events.
  • Demonstrates self-awareness and practical self-development in pursuit of continuous improvement.
  • Demonstrates enthusiasm and proactively seeks opportunities to improve sales.
  • Demonstrates commitment to the role, team and company, and will go the extra mile when required.
  • Credible, articulate, confident and tenacious, with the gravitas and credibility to build relationships with executives at all business levels
