Thalle Construction Co. Inc. (“Thalle”) is seeking an HR / Compliance Administrative Assistant. The HR / Compliance admin will report to the Compliance officer and work closely with and support the Compliance / Human Resources team, interact with a variety of staff at all levels and uphold a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. This position is located out of our Corporate Headquarters in Hillsborough, NC.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
This position will be responsible for tracking and processing PO’s, CO’s and Subcontracts for multiple large-sized projects, including day-to-day interface with project management, client, and vendor/subcontractor personnel.
· Generate and review project assigned Purchase Orders.
· Generate and review Change Orders.
· Generate Subcontracts and review of terms and conditions.
· Enter data into Vista Viewpoint construction accounting system.
· Tracking and ensuring vendor compliance with Certificates of Insurance.
· Consistent and professional contact with vendors, subcontractors, project and office co-workers.
· Assist and support Compliance Officer with administrative duties.
· Perform other related activities and duties as assigned.
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
• 2-3 years’ experience compliance preferred.
• Construction experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint and internet navigation required.
• Conduct business with 100% integrity and professionalism.
• Ability to multi-task, work well under pressure and work independently.
• Time management skill.

Physical Requirements:
