We are currently seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join our team in Singapore on a contract basis. The duration of the role is 6 months, and we are able to consider applications on a full or part time basis. The Human Resource Business Partner serves as a crucial link between the operations of the People team and Civica's objective of becoming the Global Gov Tech Champion.
The People team at Civica operates within a supportive team environment that fosters effective communication and a positive atmosphere. We prioritize open and transparent dialogue, creating a space where every team member's voice is heard and valued.
This position presents an excellent opportunity for a Seasoned HR Business Partner who possesses exceptional communication skills to connect with diverse and influential teams. The ability to quickly establish strong relationships with stakeholders is essential in order to deliver exceptional customer service to our teams in Singapore, India, and Australia.

Principal responsibilities and tasks:
The HRBP in Singapore is an individual contributor who partners with global teams, to align and implement our People Strategy within our Singapore operations. This role works closely with global functional & market Business Partners to ensure a consistent employee experience at Civica, and supporting local leadership and line managers on the implementation of our core people processes.
