About the Role

We are seeking a charismatic, professional, and customer-focused individual who loves beauty products, especially skincare and dermo-cosmetics. As a brand ambassador, you will lead engaging workshops, introducing customers to our fantastic products in pharmacies.

Location: Oshawa, Ajax, Whitby, Pickering and Newmarket
Hours: 10 - 18 hours/week
Pay: Starting at $20 per hour

What You'll Do

• Engage with Customers: Enthusiastically interact with customers, offer samples, and provide personalized product advice.
• Drive Sales: Inspire customers to purchase and help us achieve our sales targets.
• Workshop Facilitation: Animate workshops to showcase our products' benefits and features.
• Professional Presence: Always be punctual, friendly, well-groomed, and professional.
• Setup and Clean-Up: Ensure the demo area is inviting and tidy before and after your shift.
• Brand Promotion: Foster customer loyalty by promoting our diverse range of brands.

Requirements

• Experience in customer service, demonstration, or sales (cosmetics/beauty experience is a plus!)
• A valid driver’s license and access to a car personal vehicle
• A phone for capturing pictures of your demonstrations
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively
• Comfort with standing and engaging customers for up to 5 hours
• Ability to lift/carry up to 20 lbs
• Availability to work between Thursday and Saturday
