The Opportunity:
As an Addressable Director, you are the lead for all things programmatic media. You will manage all operations, from ensuring high quality implementation and providing strategic direction to maintaining the health of all accounts, scoping projects, and developing your team into future leaders. This role required strong stakeholder management and time management skills.
Together with your team, you will deliver market-leading services and effective media strategies. Success in this role is defined by:

About the role:
- Build a performance marketing culture for your team, ensuring they adopt KINESSO’s products, ways of working, and culture.
- Keep your team motivated and on track to ensure account deliverables are met, including reporting, optimisation tactics, quality checks, and best practices while adhering to the strategy set.
- Ensure clients receive regular data-driven insights, test & learn frameworks, and thought leadership.
- Oversee the build of new and existing campaign accounts, ensuring a high level of detail and alignment with the client brief.
- Deliver stakeholder training for your teams, ensuring we meet the relationship demands of our clients.
- Assist in leading performance-focused client meetings, including annual reviews, QBRs, and large-scale project-based meetings.
- Inspire and lead a team of direct reports, ensuring their overall development and the success of the wider team.
- Remove roadblocks for your team, including access to tools and systems needed for their roles.
- Be accountable for team development, utilising organisational tools, creating internal opportunities and challenges for staff, maintaining positive morale, and partnering with People & Culture and Directors on supporting organisational objectives.
About you:
- Proven experience leading performance media teams
- Capability to manage a large client's digital spend across programmatic media
- Inspiring people leaderships skills
- Good client management approach and ability to navigate complex stakeholder groups
- A “lean-in” attitude and the ability to positively influence stakeholders
- Great communication skills with the ability to manage both internal and external stakeholders
