Your Role:

The Analyst of Integrated Business Planning (IBP) will play a pivotal role in enhancing our company's strategic planning and decision-making processes. Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Supply and Network Optimization, the successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the IBP process across various business functions. 

What You'll Do:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data related to sales, operations, finance, and supply chain to facilitate the IBP process
  • Manage and coordinate execution of supply plans for co-manufacturing partners, determining and implementing strategies to ensure supply while minimizing waste
  • Assist in developing and maintaining the IBP framework, including processes, tools, and templates, to support effective decision-making and alignment with business objectives
  • Prepare and present comprehensive reports, dashboards, and insights derived from IBP data analysis to senior management and key stakeholders
  • Collaborate with external partners to continuously improve the planning process with co-manufacturers
  • Conduct scenario planning and sensitivity analysis to assess the impact of various business decisions on financial performance, resource allocation, and operational efficiency
  • Identify trends, opportunities, and risks within the business environment and provide recommendations for strategic actions to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities
  • Support the integration of financial and operational plans to ensure alignment and synchronization across the organization
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize the IBP process, enhance forecasting accuracy, and streamline decision-making
  • Provide training and guidance to stakeholders on IBP concepts, processes, and best practices to foster a culture of collaboration and accountability 

What You Bring to the Table:

  • 4 + years of experience in business planning, financial analysis, or related fields. 
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain Management.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and modeling using tools such as Microsoft Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Ability to travel 10-20% for team meetings, company offsites, employee onboarding trips and other business needs   
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality in all deliverables.
  • Experience with integrated business planning (IBP) or sales and operations planning (S&OP) processes preferred.
  • Ability to quickly build strong community relationships and foster strong partnerships to support the business
  • You are highly organized and self-directed with the ability to manage multiple, time sensitive, priorities and deadlines at once
  • You have the ability to lead and engage in creative problem-solving with both internal and external partners to identify barriers and come to mutually beneficial solutions
  • Proficient in MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
