POSITION OVERVIEW
KKR is seeking a Human Capital Transformation Professional to be based in Dublin. This role will have a global remit and collaborate closely with the Human Capital (HC), Corporate Services and Real Estate, Finance, and Technology teams to document and analyze existing processes and drive our ability to standardize, globalize, and streamline the way we do work with a systems and technology-first approach. The individual who comes into this seat will also help analyze new work requests and work with stakeholders to identify and document requirements to help ensure appropriate prioritization and resource alignment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct process analysis to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement, with a focus on supporting technology-driven solutions to streamline operations.
- Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications and system design documents, ensuring alignment with organizational goals; ensure clear understanding and documentation of needs.
- Utilize process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart) to create clear and detailed process maps that support the transformation of Human Capital workflows.
- Conduct gap analysis to identify discrepancies between current systems and business requirements, proposing solutions to bridge these gaps.
- Partner with the Human Capital Operations team to develop, document, and continuously improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for Human Capital processes, ensuring they are efficient, and tech enabled.
- Develop, document, and maintain process flow diagrams, use cases, and user feedback.
- Manage change requests and track project progress using project management tools, ensuring timely delivery of system enhancements and transformations.
- Help develop testing plans, including functional, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT), to ensure system functionality meet business needs.
- Provide ongoing support and training to end-users, developing comprehensive user guides and training materials to facilitate smooth adoption of new systems and processes.
- Support stakeholder meetings and communication to provide updates, gather feedback, and ensure continuous alignment on project goals and deliverables.
Your Skills and Qualifications
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role, HR transformation consulting experience preferred
- Experience with process mapping in Visio or similar, and writing technical process documentation
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office; must be skilled with advanced Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with Workday and Greenhouse ATS are highly preferred
