Our UniQue Team is growing and in our team, we are looking for a Help Desk Administrator to join our team!

What will you be bringing to the team?

  • User Account Management
  • Monitor and manage Microsoft 365 licensing for users
  • Configure and manage email accounts using Exchange Online
  • Administer SharePoint sites and libraries
  • Set up and manage Microsoft Teams channels and settings
  • Support and Troubleshooting
  • Provide technical support to end-users for Microsoft 365 applications

Requirements

What do you need to succeed in this position?

  • Bachelor's degree relevant to IT
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience after studies, at least 6 months experience in user support
  • Exposure with M365 (M365 administration, MS Teams, Sharepoint, OneDrive etc)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Highly accurate and attentive to detail
  • Strong IT skills are a plus, particularly use of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, or financial management tools
