We are looking for an outstanding Senior Project Manager that will join our Global Design & Build team to help support our business and more specifically to build out our buildings and support our services. You will work with business functions to collect workplace requirements. Develop scope, schedule, and budget for assigned projects.

What You'll Do
- Work with business functions to collect workplace requirements - you will need to be great with organisational change and be insightful to needs whilst understanding and upholding business objectives.
- Develop scope, schedule, and budget for assigned projects.
- Have a curiosity about high-quality design and thoughtful & flexible long-term solutions.
- Facilitate upper management and vendor meetings and collaborate with partner teams including Real Estate, Facility Management, HR, Workplace IT, Business Protection, Procurement, Legal, etc. to support the design and build processes.
- Communicate clearly with skill in interviewing and recording partner notes.
- Identify and address project risk areas, including logistical issues, timing, budget, and scope.
- Incorporate workplace design and performance guidelines.
- Coordinate and track all Vendor Requests for Proposals (“RFPs”) and write the Scope of works (“SOWs”).
- Interact and negotiate contracts with contractors and subcontractors.
- Prepare/update project status, process invoices, update tracking reports, and maintain files for due diligence and financials.
- Actively supervise each aspect of project performance against schedules and critical paths, monitoring the construction.
- Coordinate the activities of consultants, sub-contractors, and the relocation of technical functions.
- Demonstrate a proactive focus on meeting client and project requirements, in a timely and efficient manner.
- Show skill in the use and application of all Project Manager tools, as the need arises for assigned projects.
Who You Are
- 7+ years of meaningful work experience – with the most recent post as a full Project Manager in construction or similar role/experience.
- Bachelor Degree from an accredited institution.
- Degree in Architecture, Planning, Engineering, or Construction Management, preferred.
- Flexibility with work hours and travel, as needed.
- You work well independently and as part of a larger team, with external project managers and without.
- Understanding of due diligence and technical requirements and finances for business relocation, construction, and renovation projects.
- Good understanding and knowledge of coordination of all building installations and integrations (such as structural, MEP & AV) including planning and landlord-associated applications.
- Familiarity with architectural drawings and furniture and space planning concepts.
- Are able to hold site meetings and partner meetings and are able to put together clear presentations.
- You should have worked globally on projects and have a good understanding of the flexibility required with different building systems.
- You have an understanding of space management solutions and evaluations and are able to run connected projects.
- LEED, AIA, PE, PMP certification, preferred.
- Proficient in spoken and written English
- You have relevant experience of working in an international environment at global organizations
Where You'll Be
- This role is located in Stockholm, Sweden and will require 2-3 days per week in the office
