Your project: Hily. It is a dating app that has won the hearts of millions of users worldwide. The app helps users quickly find someone to connect with, from flirting to building meaningful relationships. We take our mission seriously: we do our best to understand users’ needs and shorten their path from registration to finding an ideal partner. Thanks to our efforts, we are always on the list of the top 10 dating apps in the USA. 35M registered users, 50M matches annually, 1.5B likes sent, 900K monthly active users, 4.6/5 Apple Store and 4.4/5 Google Play user ratings.

At Hily we want constantly improve our product, landing, stores, etc. You will be the part of huge and experienced marketing team whose work on Tier 1 markets with leading positions.

Your responsibilities will be:

  • Maximize app organic traffic volumes;
  • Maintain app conversion above peer’s median on the priority markets;
  • Support the colleagues in Marketing with Custom Product Pages activity;
  • Highlight app content updates with Promotional Content/In-App Events features in the App Stores.

From you:

  • App Store algorithm knowledge: Deep understanding of how the App Store and Google Play algorithms work, including ranking factors and how updates impact rankings.
  • Full stack ASO expertise: Full cycle of keyword research and optimization, creative testing, including consoles A/B testing, as well as third party tools.
  • Industry trends and updates: Staying current with the latest changes and trends in the app store ecosystem, ensuring that the app’s ASO strategy is aligned with evolving best practices.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Ability to work closely with marketing, product, and development teams to align ASO strategies with broader business goals.
  • Data analysis and performance tracking: Ability to analyze app performance metrics, understand trends, and use data to make informed optimization decisions.
