What You'll Do

- Build relationships with VCs, startups, and talent partners to increase awareness of Moonhub
- Attend startup events, meet founders, and network with the community
- Organize and run creative events to engage with prospects and build a brand around Moonhub
- Run outbound sales campaigns to targeted startup audiences
- Meet with potential customers, understand their pain points, and determine which of Moonhub's solutions is the right fit
- Craft creative solutions to address customer needs from the portfolio of Moonhub offerings
- Go from the initial introduction call with a lead to the final close and beyond
- Ensure customer success throughout the recruiting journey with Moonhub
- Ruthlessly prioritize where to invest and close deals
- Help scale and operationalize Moonhub's sales motion
- Document, maintain, and update our internal CRM
- Become a Moonhub product expert second to none
- Document product learnings from sales calls and bring them to product org

Skills & Qualifications 

- 2+ years of experience working in business development, sales, or partnership with startup customers
- Experience in a recruiting agency
- Deep understanding or desire to building relationships within the startup community
- Ability to distill complex issues into clear, concise communication with fantastic interpersonal skills
- Hustler mindset and eager to wear lots of hats and learn quickly
- Can thrive in an ambiguous environment
- Drive to be the best and grow your career
- Highly organized and able to perform operational multitasking
