The Ashlar Group is seeking a Business Development Executive who has a proven track record with hands-on relationships. For the right person this senior level opportunity has the potential for equity ownership and/or profit sharing.
Responsibilities:
· Manage key relationships
· Develop and execute against a sales plan for key relationships
· Meet with clients and prospects both remotely and in-person
· Provide input into pricing of all Ashlar products and services
· Assist in developing Ashlar's overall sales strategy
· Provide input into Ashlar's relationship management (service) strategy
· Support Ashlar's relationship managers in the sales process
Preferred Qualifications:
· 8-10 years of experience with hands-on direct client relationships in providing consulting and staffing services.
· Proven leadership qualities
· High-level communication and presentation skills
· High energy, organizational astuteness and creativity
· High level of flexibility and dependability
· Analytical approach to new ideas and problem solving
· Strong belief in corporate social responsibility
