We’re looking for a Factory Onsite Support Technician for an onsite, 2^nd shift role near Summerville, SC. If you’re looking for a new opportunity, apply today!

Key Responsibilities:

Provide investigation, diagnosis, resolution, and recovery for hardware/software problems; when unable to resolve, escalate to second or third level in accordance with escalation processes
Escalate hardware related problems to the third-party warranty and non-warranty supplier
Maintain overall ownership of user's issue & service ensuring that they receive resolution within a reasonable timeframe
Record incident resolutions in ServiceNow

Skills & Qualifications:

Must be a U.S. citizen or Green Card holder
Ability to maintain PCs, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT hardware
Strong Windows OS knowledge required
Knowledge in MDT, WSUS, Active Directory, and other Microsoft management technologies
Basic understanding of LAN and wireless network technologies
Basic IT security knowledge
Manufacturing experience is a plus

Location: Onsite, 2^nd shift role near Summerville, SC.

The salary range for this position is $40,000 - $60,000. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, and qualifications.
