As a Store Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a single store and ensuring consistent, high-quality customer service and sales. You will supervise and coach a team of Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) to meet and exceed sales goals and ensure that all processes and procedures are followed. In this role, you will also be responsible for participating in community outreach and building relationships within the local community. This is a unique opportunity to make a positive and lasting impact on the financial well-being of your community.
The base hourly rate for this full-time position is $23.00 - $27.00.
