Welcome to Lucid Private Offices! We are an executive business suites company that caters to your specific office, meeting, and business needs. We provide our clients with private office spaces, conference rooms, co-working options, and virtual offices. We currently operate in 22 different locations between Dallas-Fort Worth and the Houston metroplex and we are adding properties every year. With the growth that we are experiencing, we need supporting staff. In Houston, we have 5 total properties and are hiring a part-time Maintenance Person to help keep these sites operating at their full potential.

Daily Activities:

As the Community Maintenance Person, you will assist us in maintaining our visual standards by performing the below tasks. This is a part-time position working 20 - 25 hours weekly Monday to Friday (no weekends) $15/hour. A background check will be conducted.

• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be able to do general labor
• Assemble furniture, relocate furniture as needed, and installations
• Complete a variety of basic maintenance work orders such as:

• Basic electrical, plumbing, and minimal HVAC repairs
• Appliance repairs and maintenance
• Preventative maintenance on standard appliances and common area finishes.

• Complete all office Make-Ready requests. Responsible for drywall repair and painting of vacant offices.
• Responsible for understanding and following the WorkSuites key policies
• Travels to various locations throughout Houston to meet needs
• Starting rate of $15 per hour

Required Skills:

• A High School diploma or GED
• One to three years of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• The ability to operate various types of tools and equipment safely and lift various items up to 50 lbs.
• Detail focused
