Included Health (formally Doctor on Demand + Grand Rounds Health) is looking for a full-time remote Mental Health Therapist (LCSW or LPC/LMHC or LMFT) licensed in the state of Massachusetts to join our growing team of Mental health clinicians to raise the standard of healthcare for everyone, everywhere. Our Remote Therapists are passionate about caring for patients holistically through their healthcare journey and ensuring needs are met with industry-leading interventions.
Behavioral Health Clinicians will provide individual virtual therapy through our state-of-the-art Telehealth platform. In this role, you will work independently, but have constant access to your clinical support team. Our Clinical Operations team handles all billing, patient scheduling, and onboarding, so you can focus your time on treating the client and documenting the visit. Through an evidence-based approach, you will assist clients through their mental health journey by creating a full treatment plan and delivering the care they need.
Based on operational need in the states of TX, NY, WA, VA, MN, GA, NC, TN, PA, IA, OH, MO, MA, IL, CO, AR, SC, AZ, WI, OR, KS, NJ, MI, MD, KY, OK, NV, and UT, Doctor on Demand by Included Health is looking to establish a business relationship with a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) who is licensed (or willing to become licensed) to provide services in these states.
The United States guaranteed base salary for this position is $66,000 + equity + benefits, with the additional opportunity of a visit target compensation of $20,966. (The expected total target compensation annually is $86,966.)
Included Health also offers additional productivity incentives for employees that exceed the visit target. Details of the incentive structure will be discussed during the interview process.
Starting base salary for the successful candidate will depend on several job-related factors, which may include, but not limited to, education; training; skill set; years and depth of experience; certifications and licensure; business needs; internal peer equity; organizational considerations; and alignment with geographic and market data.
