Role Overview
We are looking for Inside Sales & Market Research Associates to join our growing team. This role involves identifying and engaging potential customers, conducting in-depth market research, and supporting the sales team with valuable insights. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B lead generation, market research, or inside sales, particularly in the SaaS, Data Analytics, or AI space.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify potential clients, qualify leads, and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities.
- Market Research & Analysis: Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and customer needs to provide actionable insights.
- Outreach & Engagement: Use email campaigns, LinkedIn, and cold calling to engage prospects and schedule meetings for the sales team.
- CRM & Data Management: Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and sales activities in CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce.
- Collaboration with Sales & Marketing: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to refine targeting strategies and optimize outreach efforts.
- Reporting & Performance Metrics: Track key metrics such as conversion rates, engagement levels, and market trends to improve processes.
Qualifications & Experience
- 1-3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Market Research, or Lead Generation (preferably in B2B SaaS, Data Analytics, or AI solutions).
- Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles, lead qualification methods (BANT, MEDDIC), and CRM platforms.
- Excellent communication, research, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment with some overlap in US time zones.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn in a high-growth industry.
