About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Data MIS Intern to join our HR team. The intern will play a crucial role in improving the efficiency and accuracy of our HR systems by cleaning up existing data and developing standardized operating procedures (SOPs).
Responsibilities:
Data Cleanup:Analyze and identify errors, inconsistencies, and missing data within our HR
systems.Clean and correct data to ensure accuracy and
integrity. Create and maintain data dictionaries and
metadata.
SOP Development:Develop and document clear and concise SOPs for HR data management
processes.Collaborate with HR team members to ensure SOPs align with best practices and organizational
standards.
Data Analysis:Utilize basic Excel functions (lookup, sum, count, pivot tables) to analyze HR data and generate
reports.Identify trends and patterns within the data to support decision-making.
Email Communication:Compose professional emails to communicate with stakeholders effectively.
Qualifications:
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (lookup, sum, count, pivot tables) and Microsoft Word.
Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
Attention to detail and ability to work
independently.Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of HR concepts and processes.
