- Experienced Networker: Your past accomplishments highlight your ability to manage client relationships and drive business growth in design-focused environments. A strong existing network will be instrumental in establishing new client partnerships and extending our reach.

- Passionate About Design: Your enthusiasm for design motivates both our team and our clients to achieve creative excellence.

- Effective Communicator: You possess an inherent energy and confidence, with a proven ability to engage with decision-makers across industries and identify strategic design opportunities.

 

We expect you to:

- Drive Revenue Growth: You can lead a team dedicated to business development, overseeing diverse sales activities from forecasting to creating compelling proposals.

- Be self driven: Lead with determination and foresight. Proactive engagement and opportunity identification are key.

- Navigate complexity: Your understanding of the nuances within large organizations, coupled with adept stakeholder management, sets you apart.

- Be comfortable working internationally: Proficiency in German and English at a business level is required, and familiarity with other languages would be an added advantage.

- Be ambidextrous: Recognize and adapt to the ever-evolving design industry, adjusting strategies to maintain our competitive edge.
