What You’ll Do
- Oversees the design, installation, implementation, operations, maintenance, and support of all IT based systems of the department. (e.g., Core Network, Windows OS management and telecommunications).
- Establishes network specifications by conferring with network leaders; analysing workflow, access, information, and security requirements
- Working knowledge of network features and protocols.
- Knowledge of Carrier Services – WAN Circuits, MPLS, VPNS, VRFs, DWDM, Frame Relay, point-to-point, OCx, DS3, E/T1s
- Should have knowledge in FortiGate firewall
- Should have knowledge in supporting all types of laptop/desktop related issues.
- Maintains network performance by performing network monitoring and analysis, and performance tuning; troubleshooting network problems; escalating problems to seniors.
- Should have knowledge in Firmware upgradation for all the NW related devices
- Secures network by developing network access, monitoring, control, and evaluation; maintaining documentation. (Firewalls/L3 switches/L2 switches)
What You Know
- A minimum 2 or 3 years of experience in managing networking infrastructure and desktop support issues and operations
- Should be able to maintain SOP (documentation) of networking and other technologies (procedures, polices, standards)
- Perform troubleshooting of system issues, interacting with other infrastructure and remote teams
- Convenient to provide on-call support during off-business hours
- Should be able to handle HR and Admin/facility operations.

- Admin/facility; taking care of the office requirements and coordinating with vendors
- Must be a self-starter, willing to learn, and demonstrate independent initiative in a fast-paced operational environment
