Super Soccer Stars is a premier soccer organization dedicated to providing competitive playing opportunities for youth players in NYC. As a coach, you will have the opportunity to work with talented young athletes on our travel teams and help them improve their skills and achieve their goals. Based on the Upper West Side, Soccer Stars United trains and plays games on Randall's Island and our ideal candidate lives in Upper Manhattan, Queens, or Bronx.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver high-quality soccer training sessions
- Create a positive and supportive team environment
- Develop and implement player development plans
- Communicate with players, parents, and other coaches
- Guide regionally competitive teams in league games and tournaments
- Follow the team's training and practice schedule

Requirements:
- Previous coaching experience with youth soccer teams
- Strong soccer knowledge and skills, with a background in college or professional playing
- Ability and experience to work with players of various ages
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid coaching certification (USSF 'C' license or higher)
Benefits
- Competitive Pay: $35-$50 per hour. This is based on a 10 month contract and varies by age group, number of teams coached, coaches experience and level of soccer licensing.
