GRAIL is seeking a Sr. Equipment Engineer for the Engineering Operations team. As a Sr. Equipment Engineer, you will provide site-wide support for clinical and non-clinical operations activities while implementing global solutions aligned with GRAIL’s business goals. Responsibilities will include the aspects of GRAIL's asset lifecycle program involving technical engineering support surrounding onboarding, qualification, maintenance, and overall performance of cutting-edge laboratory equipment and may include aspects of preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance, corrective maintenance, projects, etc. along with documenting activities in accordance with regulatory compliance guidelines. An ideal candidate will be experienced in liquid handling and next generation sequencing platforms, equipment validation, project management, and establishing support processes in accordance with regulatory compliance guidelines. This position will be working in close collaboration with the clinical and non-clinical lab staff and multi-functional teams. Strong interpersonal and troubleshooting skills are essential for success in this position.
This is a full time, onsite position working in the Research Triangle Park, NC lab.
1st Shift Start Time: 8:00am EST - Monday to Friday

Working hours may be temporarily adjusted due to business demands, training, travel, and other events.
The expected, full-time, annual base pay scale for this position is $91,000 - $114,000. Actual base pay will consider skills, experience, and location.
Based on the role, colleagues may be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan tied to company and individual performance, or an incentive plan. We also offer a long-term incentive plan to align company and colleague success over time.
